lost auth ticket.

Question

Hello, I sent in a lost auth ticket 3 days ago and the ticket volunteer asked me the security questions, but after the volunteer asked what US state I made the account in I answered it but then after that, the volunteer didn't reply back. it's been 3 days now since then, and idk what's going on, I just want this auth removed...

 

the volunteer asked me 11 questions and the US state one was the last question. I just want to know what's going on for this is my first time using the support system.

Sorry that you have been waiting 3 days for a reply, a volunteer will reply soon. You just need to remain patient.

 

Making forum threads will not speed up the process.
