I have unblocked it.

 

If it does not work try using IP address instead of hostname " http://78.131.45.66:6030/ "

 

Btw just see... Some hosts are blocked by xat internals such as:

 

Zapto.org, Sytes.net, No-ip.com etc.

 

This is made for users security.

 

As I said before, try using the IP instead of hostname.
