Can't send ticket for error 29

Hello there, one friend tried to send a ticket for locked out login (E29) but he couldn't. The system shuts down giving an error, but we can't understand where is the error (in the screen, the mail has gone).

It has been impossible to send a ticket for E29 since August of 2017.

 

Your friend should seek out a volunteer and ask for a ticket to be opened, or open a ticket request here on the forum: https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form
