Here's what you have to do: Open a new ticket on http://xat.com/ticket Type your username and password Type the e-mail associated to the account Select the help topic "Account Block" Type the subject (Please make sure it's 5+ words) Describe your issue in the message box Once you open a ticket, please wait patiently until you get an answer.
