Hello,

Reserves are not normally increased on your account unless you buy xats from the buy page using a potentially refundable method of purchase. Reserves decrease a certain amount each day until completely expired.

If you have not bought xats in a long time and would like to appeal for your reserve to be reduced, you may open a ticket in the help department of "Payment Problems", as Stifler suggested.

Please know there is no guarantee for that, but we could at least look into it for you.

Buying any amount of xats or days using a payment method that doesn't have the (No Reserve!) sign on the buy page will increase your reserve.

No, if you buy on trade for a fair price for the powers / days, it shouldn't increase your reserve. Are you sure you didn't buy xats in the meantime?

Shouldn't be. While opening the ticket about it you can also report this to get investigated and probably fixed as well.

It will take the same time. Since he handles these requests all by himself, it will take a few weeks to get an answer. I ask you to be patient and don't forget to mention the dx issue since it will be needed to help in your reserve removal request and will prevent other users of experiencing the same situation.

The user has already opened a ticket about this. Therefore, I will mark a best answer and lock this topic.
