Provider Problem (Important)

Hello xat team,
I live in Famagusta in Cyprus. Northern Cyprus does not have the internet infrastructure in the republic of turkey. the Internet is provided to Cyprus from Turkey. For this reason the location seems to be in Turkey's internet provider. I currently have 55 Errors in my account. I haven't been in xat for about 4 years. I created my account in 2014. When I opened my account, I indicated the information of my internet company in the ticket.
Although I have specified my location, "What internet provider did you have when this account was created or when your home location was last updated?" was asked again. I tried to check my bills too. I explained the incident to you as much as I could, and added the list of internet companies I used and ip addresses to the ticket with their proofs. But even though I tried so hard, I can not get a positive result. You did not return. To prove that I live in Famagusta, Cyprus, I can also send you proof of the electricity bill or ID card. I'm trying to help, please help me. I am trying to do my best.

You can check your past Login PIN e-mails you got from xat. All of them will have your IP, provider and country you were using at that time you attempted to login.

Hello,

 

Since you already have a ticket opened, please keep replying and explaining on your ticket only because it's the only way to solve your problem.

The questions are necessary to prove your ownership of that account, i can advice you to check your old mails you may find something helpful for this situation.
