e29 "you can only login at home"

Hello, 

 

Receiving E29 while tryin to login mean you have been locked out from your account.
To solve this you will need to request a ticket to be opened under help topic 'locked out' 


You can do this here on forum from Requests section, fast access from here.

Fill the requirement informations related with your account then click save. 


After sending your request be patient waiting for a reply, it will be sent to your mailbox.

We're not supposed to open tickets under Locked Out by ourselves.

 

In the form @Anas indicated above, you'll put your xat username, ID and the e-mail address attached to it and a ticket volunteer will open it for you. In case you can't find the link, just click here: https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form
