You will have to open a ticket under the "Account Block" for your case to be investigated. To do that, follow the steps below:

  • Open a new ticket here;
  • Type your username and password;
  • Type the e-mail associated with the account that you have the problem;
  • Select the help topic "Account Block";
  • Type the subject, remember it has to be at least 5 words;
  • Type the message describing your issue;
  • And click on open ticket.

Could you please tell me when you got the latest answer from the volunteers? And if you didn't, when did you create the ticket?

There was a problem with the older unanswered tickets that ended up being off the list.

 

I will be forwarding your case to a volunteer.

If you don't have a ticket without answer for the past 4-5 years then this issue doesn't apply to you, sorry.

 

Remember that ticket volunteers do what they do for free, they study, work and use their free time to solve users problems, you can't expect their response to be instant.
