Question

hello, I recently reset my browser that it was giving me an error and I forgot my login email only I know what to do in this case, I want to know if I make a ticket about this accident something can be solved and in how long

Hello,

 

After reading what you said, i see that you lost access to the email address associated with your xat account which it's mean you have lost access to your xat account and to solve this you need to make a new account with another email for sure to be able to open a ticket under help topic 'Lost Access' 

 

Once you have a secondary xat account, login to it at https://xat.com/login

 

After you’ve logged in, then you can open a ticket under help topic Lost Access.

 

You can take the following screen as an helpful example for creating your ticket:

Hello @eduardos

You can also create a ticket to change the email address you have used (since you dont remember what email you used for your xat account) 

 

1. Visit this page https://xat.com/ticket and Open New Ticket

2. In Help Topic select: “Email Change or Email Hint“

3. In the subject line write: I need to change my email o I forgot my email, help please (remember to write 5 or more words in the subject line)

4. In the text dialog, explain your situation and after creating a new email or the email you want to use, you can add the below text: Hello, I’d love to change my current email address to (NEW EMAIL ADDRESS). Can you please help me? Thanks.  (Don't forget to mention that you has lost the access to the current email address)

 

Now will be the time to be patient...

It is, to their account Lingurar, and they have a ticket and the ticket answer was ''If you are unable to login with out account but know the email and can access it, use the lostpass form'', but he can't access the email.
