Paid 10 dollars for xats and days and didnt receive them

Since it's been 24 hours since your purchase, if didn't show up yet, you must open a ticket under the "Payment Problems" department. If you didn't have created it yet, after successfully logged in, do the steps below:

  • Open a new ticket here;
  • Type your username and password;
  • Type the e-mail associated with the account that you had this problem;
  • Select the help topic "Payment Problems";
  • Type the subject, remember it has to be at least 5 words;
  • Type the message describing your issue and include all the proofs you have of the purchase;
  • And click on open ticket.
