Outer Glow

Imagine a power in which you can post any smiley- be it "(D)" "(kredface)" or "(manga2)". Imagine that, but with an outer glow to it.

 

Maybe inner glow too? It'd be cool to do  + (clear) + (outerglow), like for example

(d#c#og#000ff) <-- would be "(d)" in clear, but its outline is glowing in blue.

It fits in nicely with the other effect powers! Evil smilies could look even more so with a dark glow!

 

I especially love the example with clear - they're like neon smilies!

I like this, (neon) sounds like a good name too.

I guess it would only work for the yellow smilies, since other things have different shapes?

 

There should also be the possibility to set the "intensity" for the neon, where #i10 is very high and #i1 very less and of course to be able to use any color.

if you look at my post, I posted pics, and I included spots and stripes but they were basically ment to be a back or glow
