ADS ON xat NOT RUNNING ( AND I DO NOT KNOW WHY)

I have already asked help about this problem thru  MarshaLL (428933352) with  Mike (6666) @xat.com/help they said/gave everything that they know to help resolve this issue and I carefully followed all the steps/instructions they have given.

 I had allowed all of these ( http://prntscr.com/p06z6g ) and only have this in my extensions ( http://prntscr.com/p06zgs ) . My google chrome browser is up to date ( http://prntscr.com/p070j9 ) . Tho seemingly there's nothing to interrupt the ruds running in the xat.com but I still couln't see the ads. Screenshots @xat.com/help ( http://prntscr.com/p07054 ) , @xat.com/trade ( http://prntscr.com/p070gr ) , @xat.com ( http://prntscr.com/p070v1 ).

And as a trader/ xat user I would love to see the xat ads running through the page.

It is possible their router in their home or the DNS can also be blocking ADs.
Anti-virus software can also block ADs.

A VPN can sometimes also block ADs.

 

Are any of those applicable to you?

Did you try get your cache/cookies cleared?

Do you have any adblock extension activated?

Did you check the logs of domain xat.com?

Do this happens to xat.com/trade?new html5 ? or even has you tried that?

Yes, I tried to clear cache

I do not have adblock extension activated

Yeah, It does not run all throughout the xat.com and its rooms

try go to 

Click the three dots at the top right of the browser. Click on "Settings" Scroll down and click "View advanced settings" Click to enable "Use Adobe Flash Player" Update

 

or search for chrome://components/

 

or simply ant-virus can block ads

ruoter... etc

 

after search for "adobe flash player" see if there's some updates or if you can click to use it again

 

also you can check the configs of website and looks if ads is allowed or image. (may works) 

 

if nothing works, let me to know, try also logging into your account and try clear the cookies too.

 

because flash is degrated and it will ends in DECEMBER 2020 , some browsers aren't supporting anymore.

 

or that's a bug. (may not, because this already happened sometimes)

If it's ok, go to next step:

 

Open a private tab and go to any chat, if you can see any ads, I recommend you to disable all your extensions (and or reinstall your browser),

 

If still not working can you tell me what's the Antivirus/Browser you're using?

 

Let me know you did every step.
