Help my xat account is locked.

Question

I have not been using my account lately and I have changed network provider my location is still the same , but network provider is different therefore I am locked out. need help thanks

Clear your browser cookies and create a ticket under Locked out. Where it asks you for your e-mail address, make sure to enter the e-mail address associated with the locked account. Subject field must be five or more words.

 

Once you receive a response, you'll receive an e-mail from xat as well, on the e-mail associated with the locked account, it will contain a special link to view and respond to the ticket.

Clear your browser cookies then go to https://util.xat.com/support/index.php and create a ticket using your email address that is associated with your locked out account.

Subject must be at least five words or more. Help topic/department: Locked out.

Once they reply to the ticket you will receive an email from info@xat.com that includes a link to the ticket so that you reply back to the ticket.
