Inspired by interviews seen on xat.chat, I am going to be introducing something similar. I am introducing public staff interviews, where my team will provide feedback about their experience @ Game chat!

I, too, will be answering my own questions, but I will save myself for last. Interviews will be posted here, and on Game's blog. Stay tuned!

Our first interviewee is @xRavennn !

Hi Raven! Thank you for your dedication to Game chat, and agreeing to be interviewed! I am going to ask you some questions regarding your experience at Game chat. Please answer as honestly as possible.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. What is your real name, where are you from, how old are you, and what are you studying?

I think the real name that really defines me is the one here, so I'm Raven. I'm 21 years old.I live in Bucharest (Romania), and I am a student at the Polytechnic University.

2. When and how did you discover xat Game chat?

I discovered a Game chat 3 months ago and by chance, but it struck me so much that I am now surprised in a pleasant way.

3. What about Game chat stands out to you?

Everything: discipline, communication, play, and amusement.

4. What is your favorite/funniest memory shared in Game chat if you have one?

For me, every day with staff is something memorable, but my favorite memory is shown in the Screenshot: the bot responds for the first time that I kiss myself.

5. What do you think of the contests hosted here? Do you have any suggestions on how they can be improved?

The contests are hosted in a very correct way, and are based on a perfectly elaborated regulation. The only thing I would add is changing the waiting time of the participants in the contests: Uno or Pokebot.

6. Do you have any new contest ideas for xat that you would like to share to the public as of now?

Not at the moment, but more details will follow in the near future.

7. What is your overall impression of Game chat?

It's a good place to meet new people and make friends, but also for fun.

8. Overall, how well are you treated as both a staff member, and a regular user at Game chat?

In my view, we are all equal, even if we are guests, simple members, moderators, owners or main owner. There are no differences in behavior towards each other and that's a great thing.

9. How long do you think you will stay active around Game chat?

I don’t have any date on when I’ll leave. But not soon!!!

10. Where do you see the future of Game chat?

I do not have an exact answer to this question.

11. We have come to the end of this interview. Do you have any special message to end this interview?

Yeah, if you're good at something and if you can help, do it. Just you are the change you expect, the work will be rewarded at some point. Be the best choice of yourself, and there's something special in every sunset, sunshine, and your heart.

Thank you for the opportunity to be in Game staff, and for this interview.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. What is your real name, where are you from, how old are you, and what are you studying?

My name is Youssef, and I am 24 years old. I plan to work in the civic service in September.

2. When and how did you discover xat Game chat?

I have known about Game since 2013 when I was a Moderator at Aide, the French help chat, and an Owner at Commerce, the French trading chat.

3. What about Game chat stands out to you?

Game is interesting to me because we can play a lot of games, and I have plenty of friends, and my wife is there. Not only that, but Game also hosts contests very fairly and makes good prizes.

4. What is your favorite/funniest memory shared in Game chat if you have one?

My funniest memory was this screenshot:

I remember this memory after I have shared a lot of funny memories with others people such as Enge and HelperNate.

5. What do you think of the contests hosted here? Do you have any suggestions on how they can be improved?

I think the contests are very good for making users happy, and to let users get free prizes when they win a game round.

6. Do you have any new contest ideas for xat that you would like to share to the public as of now?

Well, I have an idea to host contests for Uno, or for the Pokebot as a tournament.

7. What is your overall impression of Game chat?

I think Game is a good chat, but there are some users that I will not mention the names of that may try to cheat during some of the contests.

8. Overall, how well are you treated as both a staff member, and a regular user at Game chat?

I am treated well by other staff members, and they appreciate me, and I appreciate them.

9. How long do you think you will stay active around Game chat?

I will stay on Game chat until I get married IRL with my wife Enge.

10. Where do you see the future of Game chat?

I see a promising future for Game chat, because the chat has worked well since Nate gained Main Owner on the chat, and he has done his job well.

11. We have come to the end of this interview. Do you have any special message to end this interview?

*question left unanswered*

Our next interviewee is @Mystic!

Hi Mystic! I am aware you are fairly new to the staff team, but have contributed a majority of your time to the Help chat, as well as my old chat. I am glad you decided to join the Game team with me and everyone else after I gave up on my old chat. I am going to ask you some questions regarding your experience at Game chat. Please answer as honestly as possible.

Opening Statement:

Hey, it's great to be part of this interview and be able to express my thoughts and opinions of my experiences being part of xat. I hope that this interview will be a great way to express myself and hopefully be a way for people to learn things about me that they wouldn't know before.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. What is your real name, where are you from, how old are you, and what are you studying?

My real name is Roger. I am from India and I am currently 20 years old. I am studying currently in Amity University in Goa.

2. When and how did you discover xat Game chat?

I don't exactly remember when I discovered Game, but it was mainly back when I joined xat when I was scrolling through the official chats page and I saw Game. I did not really join Game back then, but I think when I saw that you were appointed Main Owner and was doing a good job managing the chat, it inspired me to join the chat and try to help out.

3. What about Game chat stands out to you?

I think the community is really what stand outs to me the most. The environment in Game I feel is very nice and kind and people are easy to talk to which is great to see. I think everyone is really supportive to the chat's growth and people want to see the chat succeed, which I find to be a good sign for Game now and in the future.

4. What is your favorite/funniest memory shared in Game chat if you have one?

I think my favorite moment was probably when you introduced me to the other game modes on FEXBot, which I always found quite unique and an interesting feature to keep the chat interactive and user friendly. I think since anyone can come and play it is always fun to play games and chat at the same time and keeps the community going. So, if I had a favorite moment it would probably be when the games started growing in popularity and I still enjoy having games of Uno every now and then with the people in the chat.

5. What do you think of the contests hosted here? Do you have any suggestions on how they can be improved?

Unfortunately, I have not really been part of or seen many of the official contests here to really say much about how they were hosted. However, I really do think it is quite a fun option and it makes people more interested in Game and winning prizes. I think as for ways of it being improved is to possibly implement new types of contests, such as maybe a challenging puzzle kind of game that could be posted on forum for people to figure out. However, overall they are great and it is nice to be a part of.

6. Do you have any new contest ideas for xat that you would like to share to the public as of now?

I don't have a very elaborate idea as of right now. I think what I said above is a general idea of what I think could be a nice idea, but probably a trivia game or something interesting of which users would have to figure out an answer would be fun to see.

7. What is your overall impression of Game chat?

Overall, it has been a great experience and I enjoy my stay here. The chat is well managed and I think the userbase is very kind and I enjoy playing the games with the people here.

8. Overall, how well are you treated as both a staff member, and a regular user at Game chat?

I think I have been treated quite well as both a staff member and a regular user here. The staff here is very kind and treated me well and I never really felt throughout my time here that people treated me differently as staff or as a regular user at Game.

9. How long do you think you will stay active around Game chat?

I would say as of right now I will try to stay active here as long as I possibly can. I think the experience here has been great to be a part of and I think I would like to help out here and have Game stay the way it is for a long time.

10. Where do you see the future of Game chat?

I think Game in the future has a lot of potential. I think the managers are trying their best to come up with new ideas and ways to draw in users, so I possibly see in the future, if done well, possibly Game continuing to grow and stay active. I think its greatest strength has been the userbase that sticks through and wanting to support the chat and see it succeed.

11. We have come to the end of this interview. Do you have any special message to end this interview?

Yeah. If you want to make change and make a difference in something, just try it. A lot of times you don't know how much your contribution counts and many times it ends up being more important than you originally think it would be. Overall, everyone can make a difference.

Closing Statement:

Thanks Nathan for the interview and it really is a pleasure to help you out here at Game chat.

Our next interviewee is @Katers !

Hi Katie! Thank you for your dedication to Game chat, and agreeing to be interviewed! I am going to ask you some questions regarding your experience at Game chat. Please answer as honestly as possible.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. What is your real name, where are you from, how old are you, and what are you studying?

My name is Katie, and I am originally from Sweden. I'm 20 years old, and I currently work as a Business Administrator.

2. When and how did you discover xat Game chat?

I remember the first time discovering this chat. It was in early 2012 under the name of Contests. I didn't spend much time back then, however. Now under the new, current Game format, I returned in late December 2018. One of my friends re-invited me, and recommended me to make a comeback.

3. What about Game chat stands out to you?

Everything. Right now, I think the overall community of Game is progressing really well. The way the staff members are welcome and helping one another out is wonderful. The environment and feel of the chat to me is substantial, and it is a great place to spend time in when I am free.

4. What is your favorite/funniest memory shared in Game chat if you have one?

The funniest memory? Let's not forget the moment that our Bot loves to get involved in some Gamebot prizes!

https://u.cubeupload.com/2910pnew/201907112.png

Also, he had a bit of an admiration for me at one point.

https://u.cubeupload.com/2910pnew/201812032.png

5. What do you think of the contests hosted here? Do you have any suggestions on how they can be improved?

Honestly, I unfortunately haven't been able to attend many contests as I'd like to recently. Going from when I do have the experience of being in one, each time, they have been superbly planned out. It is noticeable that more users come into the chat and contests are the main reason as to why they like coming here: to win plenty of prizes and communicate with other gamers. I can understand how much work, time, and effort is put into each contest. It is worth it in the end, as I think it has a positive impact on the Game community generally. In terms of improvement, I currently don't have anything in mind to change. Perhaps new topics/categories of contests could be considered in the future when it is the appropriate idea.

6. Do you have any new contest ideas for xat that you would like to share to the public as of now?

At the moment, nothing in my mind specifically can think of anything. Currently, the contests being hosted are great. I do like a bit of knowledge though, and learning the history of certain things. Maybe one day there can be a hosting of users trying to answer some questions of a particular subject to win some prizes.

7. What is your overall impression of Game chat?

Game has been a great experience, easily the best community I have been involved with. And I especially enjoy my stay here. The chat is currently managed brilliantly, and I think the room is courteous in many ways. I enjoy playing the various games with users here.

8. Overall, how well are you treated as both a staff member, and a regular user at Game chat?

Throughout my time on this chat, I have been treated pleasantly. The staff here are very nice and have treated me fair, as if I am equally a staff member or just a normal user. I never felt in my time here that I have been left out of anything, and users would often get me to be included in a certain conversation.

9. How long do you think you will stay active around Game chat?

Hopefully I will be here to stay as often as I can. Of course, it is not easy when you have to work or are just busy with real life situations. But I always try to remain active in Game when I get the chance to. Where I do have the free time, I mainly use that opportunity to go onto this chat.

10. Where do you see the future of Game chat?

In my opinion, in the future, Game will go a long way. I think many staff members and owners are doing their best to come up with new ideas and ways to develop the community. We can continue to be active and grow upon many users who will be online here. It will be interesting and intriguing to see what will happen to the chat and see how it will prosper in many years to come.

11. We have come to the end of this interview. Do you have any special message to end this interview?

I would say to the new or existing users of Game who are reading this: If you have any suggestions, or anything in which you feel would contribute to the community, then please come forward. Your support truly means a lot to us all, and if it weren't for you, we wouldn't be in the position we are in now. Every moment, every little thing you will do will help us. One last thing: Just thank you for giving me the opportunity to be one of those users in modding Game. It is such a privilege to be in one of my favorite chat rooms on xat. I really do appreciate everything that everyone does for me. Thank you.

Our next interviewee is @RobFerrari !

Hi Robert! Thank you for your dedication to Game chat, and agreeing to be interviewed! I am going to ask you some questions regarding your experience at Game chat. Please answer as honestly as possible.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. What is your real name, where are you from, how old are you, and what are you studying?

My name is Robert, with Italian blood. I'm 28 years old, and I'm an industrial engineer, but I also dedicate myself to many extracurricular things.

2. When and how did you discover xat Game chat?

I discovered it in 2011 I think. A friend invited me here to play gamebans, although I already knew about this chat before coming.

3. What about Game chat stands out to you?

I've always loved the Game chat since I love playing gamebans, especially "Snakerace, Snakeban and Spaceban", and currently the new FEXBot games such as Uno. PD: I also love to play Switch and Hearts so much.

4. What is your favorite/funniest memory shared in Game chat if you have one?

I have several memories, especially when I used to draw in the Doodle app in the contests and the users drew on it making it funnier. You can check some "screenshots" haha!

5. What do you think of the contests hosted here? Do you have any suggestions on how they can be improved?

I really like contests, but I honestly think that some of them should be less complicated and more dedicated to the community in general (such as Bingo for example) and not only specifically in English, (contests where a wider community can easily understand) so more users can enjoy them, and the chat Game can be more recognized than it is now.

6. Do you have any new contest ideas for xat that you would like to share to the public as of now?

Yes. One of them has always been Bingo or Lottery with two cards in the nick. But this would be easier to explain later in an open discussion.

7. What is your overall impression of Game chat?

Definitely great! I think it's a good place to have fun playing games as long as you want.

8. Overall, how well are you treated as both a staff member, and a regular user at Game chat?

I'm fine with the treatment they give me. I really don't have any complaints.

9. How long do you think you will stay active around Game chat?

I really don't know, but regardless of that, I will be available whenever I can to support.

10. Where do you see the future of Game chat?

I have always had the vision of a good future for Game chat as long as new ideas remain active and evolve over time.

11. We have come to the end of this interview. Do you have any special message to end this interview?

Yes, I really just want to say that when you visit the Game chat, just enjoy it, have fun, play, and if you don't understand any game, try to learn it because they are so funny, and many people ignore this.
