People have account locked and have 1 months and no reply shoud one vol reply people message to know how to do!

There's a delay on ticket responses. You can check what departments are delayed here.

 

Volunteers are working hard to fix that, so please remain patient until you reiceive a response.

 

Also, you may be unable to check the status for your ticket since the login system for the ticket system is currently not working properly, so keep checking your e-mail and use the link you'll receive from xat to view and reply to the ticket.
