    Gift Payment

    If this were implemented I would also like the option to either accept or decline unlike the current gift system where you get it whether you like it or not. This is primarily for instances where the reserve is transferred. Some users may not know that this is the case and unwillingly get a reserve on their account.

  4. This is the harsh reality of a Volunteer based support system. For me personally, things were so much different back when I first got Volunteer as a Sophomore in high-school. At that time it seemed as if I had no other obligations but to spend my time on xat; however, this is not the case for the majority of the Volunteer team right now. Brandon is right. We can't lower expectations in order to meet quotas. If it were up to me there would be a few more users on the team that should have been added awhile ago, but have not due to conflicts that have come up in the past.

  10. We've said it before and we will say it again: Volunteers are normal users. What makes us different from any other person on this site who would like to make a bit of extra cash by selling xats that we worked for?

    It's your sole responsibility to maintain access to your xat accounts (forum and chat). Our support system allows for important issues to be addressed without forcing users to make payments. While your situation may be important to you, there are far more serious situations that need to be handled first. Please refrain from opening another thread about this situation.
