  1. Hello.

     

    Since volunteers don't give hints for chat group e-mails, my advice would be to try with all your existent e-mails that you might remember. You should also try to remember the password of the chat.

    If you can't find or you lost your e-mail and you don't remember the password either, then consider creating another chat group. It's the easiest way to solve the situation.

     

    If you have group powers still assigned to the chat, you can un-assign them like normal.

    I guess it depends on the person you ask. It shouldn't be that bad for a Black Friday event since you'd be getting a set of rare powers + the benefits of the collection itself with a discount. Of course prices will decrease but it shouldn't affect the trade market that much.

    Don't misunderstand what the post says. You will be able to get the ticket page translated to your own language but it DOES NOT mean that you can send tickets in different languages.

    They haven't confirmed anything about that. Until that happens, new tickets and answers to tickets must be written in English.

    I don't know if this idea got implemented with the update but it would be an amazing step forward if volunteers could have access to that translating tool when it comes to the message included in the ticket.

     

    One user sends a ticket in X language and volunteers are able to translate the entire content of the ticket itself. Volunteers answer the ticket in english so the user can now translate the message to X language.

    If I understand correctly, you've been locked out because you moved into a different country. Since you won't be able to create a ticket, you should visit this link and fill out this form: https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form

    • The type of request is:  "Locked out"
    • xat Username: Your registered name.
    • xat ID: Your xat ID.
    • Email address: The email currently tied to your account.
    • Click save after filling out the information.

     

    You will receive an email with a link to view and respond to a ticket that has been created for you. Make sure to click on the link in the email to reply to the ticket. Do not respond to the email. Once the ticket is created, a volunteer will ask security questions to verify the authenticity of the request. If you have any issues when filling out the form and you're not able to send it right away, you can also contact any volunteer directly through a private message (you can find the list of volunteers here: https://forum.xat.com/staff). Please include the exact same information in the forum message.

    Reserve is a restriction that is automatically added to your account when you use a non-guaranteeable payment method, such as Paypal and Skrill. This is put in place to stop users from buying xats then giving them all away, making it harder for xat to track down these xats and get rid of them, and to stop the user from selling all of the xats for profit then taking back the payment. You can also read about reserve in this article: https://xat.wiki/reserve

     

    The amount of xats reserved will be reduced over time but in this specific case where the amount of xats is pretty big, you can try opening a ticket on https://xat.com/ticket to get your reserve amount reduced (it isn't 100% confirmed that your reserve amount will be reduced, it will be up to them). Choose "Payment problems" as the help topic for your ticket.

     

    You can still use your xats on official features such as promotion, shortnames, buying groups and / or buying powers from xat's official store.

    I'd like to adress a small detail about the search bar. When you are trying to select the entire text of the GIF search bar but your selection ends up outside of the quickbar, the quickbar closes completely.

    That's annoying when trying to clear your search bar because people don't usually select the search bar text thoroughly.

     

    Aside from that, I'm really glad we can use gifs now. I'm excited to see gifs being implemented for every chat with the new version!

  9. If you hover over someone's name, there's a function called "Ignore". Ignore allows you to block some or all their content from showing. You can choose posts, messages and even mentions.

    It sounds like the issue comes from trying to approve a player that has been approved already. I'm not entirely sure if Page is still around xatradio's team but it is worth asking.
