    @mariyo1997 Si no me equivoco, tu ticket aún no ha sido contestado. Tienes que esperar pacientemente ya que cualquier proceso de reserva tarda en resolverse. Si desea que se haga algo al respecto, tendrá que esperar una respuesta, ya que en la tienda se le advierte que las compras están sujetas a reserva de transferencia.   11. Hello, @Macca5037. Most of what Enter said is right. However, having access to the old email is not required. Still, many questions will be asked about your account, and if you prove ownership, they will grant you an email change and then unlock your account. I advise you to try anyway. If you decide to do so, after you create a new xat account, follow these instructions: Log in to your alternate account; Open a new ticket here; If the username of your alternate account is being shown after "xat user name", type its password on the "Password" field; Select the help topic "Lost Access"; Type the subject, remember it has to be at least 5 words; Type the message describing your issue (Make sure to include all the information you have about the account you lost access to); Click on post reply. When you get a new reply, you'll receive an email with the response and a link to access your ticket. To reply to it, click the link (which will start with util.xat.com), view status, select your ticket name, and scroll the page down to find the place where you will type and send your response. Do not reply to the email and do not share your email address or ticket numbers with anyone.

Ticket is the place where you get issues solved, and if you weren't able to get it sorted there, then there's probably no way to solve it.     You will get reserve if you use a credit card in any payment method. The payment methods that don't get you reserve are usually pre-paid methods (no bank cards). If you want to buy from the official store to become a paid user, buy the lowest package and you should get reserve only for the xats purchased and for less than a month. If you're buying without the purpose of becoming a paid user, you can buy from one of xat trusted resellers instead (No reserve even if you use a credit card).

Dependendo de quanto tempo se passou desde que isso aconteceu, pode não ser mais possível a recuperação da sua conta. No entanto, não custa nada tentar. Se você diz que tem todo acesso normal ainda, é só você logar na conta bloqueada, ir até https://xat.com/ticket, clicar em abrir novo ticket e abrir um ticket no departamento Bloqueio de conta. O assunto deve ter cinco palavras ou mais e toda conversação deve ser feita em inglês. Se você não conseguir abrir um ticket com a conta que está bloqueada (e que você diz ainda ter acesso normal a ela), você vai precisar registrar uma nova conta e seguir o mesmo processo. Quando você receber uma resposta, você vai receber um e-mail do xat com a resposta e um link para acessar o seu ticket começando com util.xat.com. Para responder o seu ticket, clique nesse link, vá até o seu ticket e responda-o na plataforma de suporte. Não responda o e-mail. Se você tiver mais alguma dúvida sobre essa questão, você pode me enviar uma mensagem privada aqui no fórum e eu seguirei te ajudando.

Como xatRadio no está afiliado a xat.com, estos solo deben ser hechos en la sección Reports del club xatRadio, como lo hiciste ayer. A partir de ahora, haga sus denuncias sólo allí.
