[Whats wrong with the chat?]

So here is what happened. I was in a chat using my mobile hotspot(Because of a different problem that was solved) and when I tried to switch to my router the chat keeps saying (?)Help you have started a chat in another window. Press sign in to restart the window. and When I did that it didnt fix the problem. Can someone help me with this?

Edit: Forgot to mention that I dont have any other windows, tabs, etc open

For some reason the chat is blacked out and I cant interact with the chat itself or even see it. Hell I can't even go to the help chat to make a new xat ID(It fixed the issue before). Can somebody help?
