    go to https://util.xat.com/support/index.php and click on "Open New Ticket." Select the department "Email Change or Email Hint". Once you have done this, write a subject of five (5) more words and explain your issue in the message box. You may state that you would like to change your account's current email address to a new one.
     
     
    If you do NOT have access to the account, you would need a ticket under the help topic "Lost Access". In order to open a ticket in this department, you must use a secondary xat account. To retrieve a new ID number, use https://xthelp.wordpress.com/2010/06/12/how-to-reset-your-identification-number/. Once you have a secondary xat account, login to it at xat.com/login . After you’ve logged in, you may open a ticket https://util.xat.com/support/index.php  under the department of "Lost Access".  Make sure to write a subjec tof five (5) or more words and explain your issue in the message box.

    If you're getting E29 while attempting to login, a ticket must be created under the "Locked Out" department. In order to get it created, you'll have to open a ticket request. To do that, do the steps below:
    Go to the request form by clicking https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form 
    On "Type of Request", select "Locked Out";
    Type the xat username of the account;
    The xat ID of the account;
    And the e-mail associated with it.
    Done, your request has been created successfully!
    Once the ticket is created, you'll receive a e-mail with a blue link to proceed with the recovering process.

    Por cuenta bloqueada, quiere decir que está recibiendo el error Locked Out (E29), cierto?

    El error E29 solo sucede si tiene habilitada la protección "Account Locking", que es la protección que bloquea su cuenta en su ubicación. Para habilitar el tickle, debe realizar el cuestionario de seguridad, que puede encontrar en la página de inicio de sesión y que no tiene nada que ver con este error. Para resolver el error E29, un ticket debe ser creado en el departamento "Locked Out".
