      You would need to wait patiently for a reply back from them. There's nothing else you can do but wait for now till they find a solution for you. Volunteers deal with many requests daily and it will take time for them to handle your request.

      from April we are still waiting to solve some of the three threads bought only at one of us is let go of it is still at the block https://xat.com/addo money throw at the window at least if you could control the cause of the blocking and repair error(meh)
