I dare to express that I look ahead with hope and confidence, dedicating my entire heart and love to xat.com as always.
In my view, what makes an ideal volunteer is someone who strives to be highly present among people, listens attentively, provides assistance, offers encouragement, and assumes a leadership role without becoming inaccessible or overly distant.
It is crucial that volunteers become an integral part of our community, embodying a human connection rather than existing as an entity perceived as distant and difficult to approach. I envision volunteers as individuals of integrity, refraining from judgment based on personal standards, and taking into consideration those who invest their passion and dedicate half their lives to this website.
As ordinary users, or at least the majority of us, we understand that volunteers are not to blame for everything that may go wrong on xat.com. However, you, as volunteers, you stand a step higher, and we all hope that you will take action, even though we acknowledge that it may not always be feasible. When you are unable to address certain issues, we would appreciate being informed, having you close to us, even with a few words, so that we know that someone cares and has made an effort.
We express gratitude for everything you do behind the scenes, tasks that go unnoticed and unappreciated. We recognize that you, too, may feel frustrated and tired, much like the rest of us.
I have no other complaints; you are already handling things professionally. I would only like to suggest that the response time to tickets could be improved, if possible, and that you be more present among us. Otherwise, be yourselves, as you used to be in the past. Do you remember when you used to have fun on xat.com? When everyone was on chats, playing games, making jokes, and laughing... everything felt more human, more cheerful. Now xat seems empty, sad, and abandoned, with leaders being inactive and distant. I miss the old xat, I miss you as you used to be when the forum was full of games, activities, and good vibes. We don't want xat.com to die; let's not allow it to happen!
