You're right that the majority of trolls are toons hiding under VPNs. I suggested this pawn because I think it will be a helpful reward for users that actually behave properly and treat others with respect. Think of it like the noble peace prize. Maybe a user can suggest via ticket if someone should get this pawn if they have been making a good impact on xat. Of course this pawn won't be available to trolls. Anyways, that's just my thought. I also understand you have different opinions about this and I appreciate your honest input on my suggestion.

Then if the system fails a user can ask a volunteer to check and see if they're eligible for the certified pawn. This could be also like in the way a user gets a cyan pawn. But I also mentioned that if a user was abused with bans, kicks, or mutes then they'll still be eligible for the certified pawn. It's only when a user intentionally breaks a rule that they won't be able to get the pawn.

Are you tired of seeing users break rules and troll non-stop? I know this won't put an end to rule-breakers, but maybe it will encourage a majority of users to follow the rules on a chat of their liking. According to xat, this pawn will be rewarded to users who have been following rules on a desired chat for awhile. This means they may have not been banned, kicked, or muted at all. This is exceptional if a staff member was abusing a user as it won't count. Game bans are also exceptional. xat should make an automated system where it detects a user hasn't been banned, kicked, silent banned, or muted on purpose for a long period of time. Here's what the pawn will look like: I know it's not much of a design, but hopefully this pawn will encourage users to behave more respectfully to other others on a chat they chosen to stay at a long period of time. This pawn shall also be able to be used as long as you have hat power, and days as well as follow you on any chat you go on until you take the hat code of the pawn off.
