    As it has been said before, 
    For now, you can only add 128 chars in your name in the HTML5 version. (That's why it gets cut)
    This limit may be increased in a future release.

    Make your players HTML! It's easier than Flash, and you don't need any programs to run it.

    Review the options in which appears '' Allow websites to play sounds (recommended) ''

    En caso de que perdieras el correo asociado a tu cuenta, deberás de crear una cuenta nueva para poder enviar el ticket y así recuperar tu cuenta anterior, la principal.
    Luego de crear la cuenta, dirígete a xat.com/ticket y abre un ticket en el Help Topic (Departamento) que se llama ''Lost Access'' y ahí explicas que perdiste el correo, y debes de poner el ID y el nombre de esa cuenta. Ellos te ayudarán.

    If by ''limit'' you mean ''reserve'' when trying to transfer/trading the xats, you will need to wait for the reserve to be removed from your account. Your reserve will reduce over time.
    xat will only reduce/remove your reserve if it is an absurd amount which would leave you waiting a long period of time before all of your xats are available to be spent. Your reserve will also reduce over time, eventually leaving all your xats cleared and freely transferable.
    You can try to make a ticket under the ''Payment Problems'' Hep Topic and describe the problem as well.

    Hello, as I told you before, you will need to create a ticket under the Help Topic called ''Chat Block'' and ask why your chat has been ''banned''.
    Go to xat.com/Ticket Click on ''Open New Ticket'' Select the Help Topic ''Chat Block'' Write in the Subject more than 5 words Proceed to describe the problem, in English.  
    You should receive more information regarding the banning on your chat there. Please remember you need to have a registered account to send the ticket.

    I talked to her yesterday regarding this.
    The number of users showing on xat.com/groups may be different from the number of people there is currently on your chat. This is due a bug and delay from part of xat.

    There is not 50 people in Trade, nor 6 on Help.
