    Hey,

     

    Los departamentos están muy retrasados últimamente, debido al alto volumen de tickets.. Como te dijeron anteriormente debes ser paciente, recuerda que no es tu único ticket el que los voluntarios se tienen que mirar, si no de mucha gente más y están desbordados. No solo antiguos si no casos nuevos diarios..

     

    Espero que tengas una respuesta lo antes posible..!

    Who updates the prices of the powers in the bot?

    I can not confirm exactly who updates them .. But if I can confirm that the prices are marked by sellers and buyers from their price in store and their status

    (LIMITED / UNLIMITED) If you believe that a person is dedicated to lowering and raising the prices.. you are wrong.

     

    It is called the law of supply and demand

     

    When a power is very demanded in the trade xats and few people offers it, possibly that power will rise of price.. And it happens exactly the opposite when the power is very offered and little demanded, the price low

    Hola,

     

    Para poder ayudarle me podría aclarar un poco más ¿Usted aún conserva rango en el chat?

     

    Si usted no posee un rango en el xat no podrás dar rango a las personas, para dar owner usted necesita ser main del xat para ello dirigirse a https://xat.com/web_gear/chat/editgroup.php?GroupName=Nombre_de_su_grupo_aquí y cambie el final del link por el nombre de su grupo. Ahí colocar la contraseña de su grupo.

     

    Una vez ahí hacer clic en Configuración del grupo:

    Luego hacer clic en Actualizar Obtener Código

    De esa forma usted volverá a ser propietario principal del xat y podrá dar dichos rangos.

    Ese es el principal problema, usted solo puede tener un ticket abierto. La única solución que tiene ahora es esperar que le respondan en el ticket de Cambio de ubicación. Cuando le respondan se cerrará el ticket automáticamente  y usted podrá abrir otro, pero también puede responder en ese mismo ticket diciendo lo de su held y el voluntario moverá el ticket de departamento

    Quizás el cambio de IP si este afectando al problema. Pues es sencillo, si quiere salir de duda siga estos pasos:

     

    1. Visita esta página: https://xat.com/ticket
    2. Clic en OPEN NEW TICKET
    3. En HELP TOPIC, seleciona "Account Hold"
    4. En (Subject) del ticket escribe: Hi, please help my account is held
    5. Copiar el siguiente texto y ponerlo en "Message". Reemplaza todo lo que esta en MAYÚSCULAS con tus datos, y al finalizar todo, dale click en OPEN TICKET:

     

    Hi, my account is held, can you please help me?
    It says my account is held for DÍAS QUE APARECEN DE BLOQUEO
    My registered username is: TU NOMBRE REGISTRADO
    My user ID is: TU NUMERO DE ID
    This happened on: EL DIA Y LA HORA (APROXIMADAMENTE) DEL BLOQUEO

    AQUÍ PUEDES EXPLICAR QUE SIEMPRE TE MANDA A HACER LOGIN Y QUE QUIZÁS SEA POR TU CAMBIO DE UBICACIÓN

    Recuerda que debes escribirlo en inglés, para facilitarle el trabajo a los volunteers. También recuerda que esto puede llegar a ser un proceso lento y debes ser paciente por la respuesta.
