    Bueno, debido a que usted ha perdido la habilidad de generar códigos autenticadores, debe crear su ticket en el departamento "Lost Auth" de forma que no necesite iniciar sesión.
    Para eso, siga estos pasos:
    - Abrir una ventana de incógnito de tu navegador;
    - Crear un nuevo ticket aquí;
    - Escriba en el primer cuadro el e-mail asociado con la cuenta que tiene el problema;
    - Seleccione el departamento "Lost Auth";
    - Escriba el tema en el cuadro "subject", recuerde que tiene que ser de al menos 5 palabras;
    - Escriba una mensaje que describe su problema en el cuadro "message";
    - Y haga clic en "open ticket".
    Entonces sólo tienes que esperar una respuesta de los voluntarios.
    Puede ver los tiempos de respuesta de los departamentos aquí.
    Si esto no funciona, puede ponerse en contacto con un voluntario por el foro aquí;
    O intentar ponerse en contacto con ellos directamente a través de el chat Help o el xat_test.

    This account is locked to another location, so you probably are getting the error 29 (E29).

    Estando cierto o no, usted debe crear un ticket en el departamento "Account Block" utilizando el e-mail asociado con la cuenta en la que está teniendo este problema;
    Allí ellos harán todas las preguntas necesarias y analizarán el caso para restaurar su cuenta o no;
    Pido que sea paciente porque este departamento está con retrasos debido al gran volumen de tickets (personas que tienen problemas similares a sus);

    Mate, it's weird that you didn't get a answer since July 31... Email Change / Hint isn't delayed...
    Anyway, the only thing you can do is wait for an answer.

    Mate, they'll ask you the default informations about your account, if you answer it right you'll get your account unhold;
    They'll tell you on the ticket what informations you'll have to answer;
    The department Account Block is delayed due to the high volume of tickets so, a lot of people besides you have the same problem;
    I ask you to remain patient, they'll answer you as soon as possible.

    Si usted necesita abrir un ticket y el departamento es sólo para los usuarios pagos, entonces usted necesitará ser un usuario pago para abrir un ticket en ese departamento.
    Los voluntarios probablemente no van a abrir un ticket en tal tipo de departamento si usted no es un usuario pago.
    Pero no cuesta nada intentar, usted puede entrar en contacto con ellos vía foro en "staff", o en los chats Help y xat_test.
