@RobFerrari I now see what you see, I disabled animations and now have the same result
update: ive been looking into this, and i am now convinced that supercycle power is causing this issue, i removed it from the code and now its normal with no issues.

Strange I am using Latest version of Chrome and it works for me, have u tried inspecting element then load the page? to see where the script is meant to be loading? might be able to identify it then

I have unticked bantimes power and links now work. so yeah it looks like bantimes is causing link not to work
all i have in bantimes power
EDIT: I have removed the list on ban times and left it empty and have reenabled it, and links are not working
