i use a normal browser i use chrome. everytime i speak for help in assistance help the captcha is appear /pg. Im sorry for trouble but i have been online on the chat for almost a day but i not say while im wait in chat for reply in ticket and getting banned is very unreasonable, but thank you for sincere respond me and i hope not happen this to any user.

i have been online on the chat for about almost half a day and i stay on the chat as im wait for reply for my ticket. I not ask for reply to reply to my ticket in the chat nor i ask you here and i not even say any single word when i was online on the chat but i am confused as why i got banned for no reason in the help chat.
