I'm also not sure if this was suggested before, It's not a bad idea, but I don't think xat needs this implemented, because, you just said it. 1- People can harass you whether you ignored them or not they can use different accounts or even non registered ids. 2- Ignore only lasts 12 hours however, if they bother you again, you can ignore them again and again. 3- Even making ignore lasts forever may or may not stop them from harassing you.

  6. Since that person is using a non registered id then they can't figure out who they are. You can make the chat for members only if your chat is not promoted.
  7. Have you tried using a different browser? I think you may also need to scan your computer for viruses and malware while they can trigger the captcha. if you have an increase of malware installed on your computer, and most importantly you have to make sure that you entered the captcha correctly, by waiting till the check mark appears and then clicking continue and sign in button.

  10. Probably the chat that you're talking about is running protection. They can make the chat for members only and if you're not a member there's no question of signing in, or probably the chat is for registered users only while you're not. There should be a message saying that the chat is on protection if you see it can you confirm please? Thank you.
  11. Can we please fix this? Some people come to us and complain about their newly created account's password is wrong. So I assume the problem comes from the registration page most likely, if you looked at the animated picture below you would find out that the password changed after the page was refreshed (The last character was removed) 7 characters password brought down to 6. Some people may forget to check ☑ I am 14 years or older and I agree to the Terms of Service or they may put a wrong email address or fail at entering the captcha or username could be taken. etc as a result the registration page will refresh giving users the possible errors as I stated earlier, ultimately they would register their account without noticing that the password changed/brought down to a different number of characters. (not all people notice) The password will be reduced by one character continually whenever you screw up. This also happens with chat group registration page. If you think this worth considering, please fix it. or put it in a list as one of the problems.
  12. We know it isn't correct to have this error that was like mistake which resulted in having some accounts that are held in error. All you have to do at the moment stick with your ticket and remain patient you have to understand that volunteers receive large volume of tickets on daily basis especially the ones that fall under "account block" department. You don't have to worry about it you will retrieve your account in the long run, there is no permanent damage will be executed on your account as long as your account was held in error.   13. Hi can you please create a ticket under "account block" department and remain patient till you receive a reply from a volunteer? Subject must be at least five words. When opening the ticket if you encountered any problems that has to do with logging in or anything else you can always clear your browser cookies or use incognito mode by opening google chrome and pressing (ctrl+shift+N) from the keyboard at one go and then use the email that is associated with your account to create the ticket.   14. Hi, Your chat was probably deleted due to breaking terms of service. You may redeem yourself another chance if you opened a ticket about this problem while you ask about the problem and show your concern about it. It isn't guaranteed that you will retrieve your chat group, because it depends on what kind of damage you have caused for your chat to be deleted. Open up ticket under "chat block" department.   17. in a new thread that you have opened you stated that you can't open a ticket because you made too many tickets. I believe that you're receiving an error which says "you have reached the maximum number of tickets.", right? If that's the case then: 1- You can ask a volunteer to close your opened ticket as a result you would be able to make a new one 2- Or you can make a ticket under a different xat account with regard to your problem as I stated earlier.
  18. Hello, Make a new temporary account or use one that you already have access to its email. Login beforehand, afterward go to ticket make the subject at least five words and under "Email change or Email hint" department (you don't have to be a paid user) however, if you still have any problems opening the ticket, you can always use your email address to create the ticket. To only use the email address you have to open google chrome press (ctrl+shift+N) from the keyboard at one go to start incognito mode, after that head over to ticket and only use the email to open the ticket. Hi, I would like and for all people to have a list of their preferred images on the forum so that they don't re-upload over and over, also in case their images are gone they can always access to their (Stored images or preferred images) this list is editable which means they can delete whatever they want from the list. This also was suggested by @Christina but for xat chat-boxes it was actually a great suggestion, not sure if this suggestion has been advised to be implemented into the forum as well. I appreciate that you find this an ok suggestion. And it's good that you keep all your images in one special folder, that's good. But you have to understand that generally speaking not all people do as you do and you have to understand that some people may move out to a different place temporarily and use a different devices than their essential device, also I would like if we just select the image we want without re-uploading it again. It works I have just tested it now and the content was permitted, if you mean this

If you have the time based code A.k.A bar code you can use it to re-generate a new authentication code (6 digits) however, if you don't have that code either, then do as stated (opening a ticket under lost auth) You need to start off with clearing your browser cookies but, alternatively rather than clearing your browser cookies as, some people seem not to like erasing them. You can use incognito mode open google chrome press (ctrl+shift+N) all together at one go from the keyboard then head over to ticket then use the email to create one. After you answer their security questions, authentication will be disabled so that you can login as before.   23. Hola amigo, Usted no tiene que recordar su identificación del ticket. Debe recibir una notificación si ellos responden en su billete. asi que comprobar su correo electrónico de vez en cuando, habrá un enlace que está unido al sistema de apoyo. y usted tendrá un acceso automático una vez que se hace clic en el enlace en su correo electrónico. Debe quedar como que (Mostrando ejemplo), por lo que el ID debería estar allí (escrita de forma automática) No hay otras maneras de resolver este problema otro que no sea el sistema de apoyo (ticket), permanecer paciente.
