    You're most likely held forever.
    You have to open up a ticket under account block department, subject must be at least five words or more. click >> ticket << 
     
    If you run into any difficulties when opening the ticket then you can clear your browser cookies and use the email that is tied to your account to create the ticket. Without clearing your browser cookies, alternatively you can use incognito mode on google chrome or a private window on firefox.
     
    This error occurs for
    1- the violation of terms of service >> terms <<
    2- If your account received stolen xats, it can be held till volunteers track them down and give it back to the main owner.
    3- Some accounts have been held in error recently, if your account is one of them then no worries.
     
    You will most likely have to wait a while since this department is always busy. Volunteers receive high number of tickets especially the ones that fall under "Account block".

    Sorry for the delay, and thanks for letting us know that you have two tickets opened yet waiting for a reply. All you have to do is continue to wait, how long have you been waiting for "account locked"? I don't think it's been too long, right?

    You can't figure out why your account was deleted on the forum, however, this happens generally due to the violation of terms of service >> Terms <<
     
    1-You have to open a ticket under account block department. Subject must be at least five words.
    In advance you have to clear your browser cookies How_to_clear_cookies or use incognito mode from google chrome (ctrl+shift+N) from the keyboard at one go in order to create the ticket. Use your email that is tied to your account.

    Probably the chat that you're talking about is running protection.
    They can make the chat for members only and if you're not a member there's no question of signing in, or probably the chat is for registered users only while you're not. There should be a message saying that the chat is on protection if you see it can you confirm please?

    Your chat was probably deleted due to breaking terms of service.
     
    You may redeem yourself another chance if you opened a ticket about this problem while you ask about the problem and show your concern about it. It isn't guaranteed that you will retrieve your chat group, because it depends on what kind of damage you have caused for your chat to be deleted.
     
    Open up ticket under "chat block" department. Subject must be at least five words.

    Hello,
     
    Make a new temporary account or use one that you already have access to its email. Login beforehand, afterward go to ticket make the subject at least five words and under "Email change or Email hint" department (you don't have to be a paid user)  however, if you still have any problems opening the ticket, you can always use your email address to create the ticket.
     
    To only use the email address you have to open google chrome press (ctrl+shift+N) from the keyboard at one go to start incognito mode, after that head over to ticket and only use the email to open the ticket.
     
    Note: don't forget to send them the new email along with the ticket when opening it.

    Hello, 
    It seems like you're locked out E29: Locked out.
     
    As for the error that says: "You have reached the maximum number of tickets." You can ask volunteers to close it for you by sending a message to them or posting on the same ticket.
     
    You have to open a ticket using your email that is attached to your locked out account. Open google chrome then press (ctrl+shift+N) from the keyboard to use incognito mode from there, go to ticket and do that 
     
     
    Note: if you logged in from your original location then the problem will be fixed, but if you changed IP or ISP in your original location then you definitely need to open a ticket.
     
    Note: you have to have access to your email that is attached to your locked account to be able to create the ticket.
     
    Note: when volunteers reply to your ticket you should receive an email, therefore, check your email from time to time to see their reply and don't reply on the email reply on the ticket itself.

    Nota: você tem que usar seu e-mail que está ligado à sua conta que está bloqueada
    Nota: Quando os voluntários responder, você receberá um e-mail. Portanto, verifique seu e-mail de vez em quando.
     
    Nota: Se você entrar em sua conta do local original. O problema será corrigido. Mas se você mudar IP / ISP na tua localização original . Então você definitivamente precisa abrir o ticket.

    System erorr 55:
    Due to that some accounts were held in error, send a message to one of the volunteers on the forum Click here scroll down to volunteers and pm one of them. They would tell you if your account was held in error or not.
    If you were held in error then there's no need to open the ticket at this moment, as everything will be fixed.
    If your account wasn't held in error (not due to the sweep) then you definitely need a ticket under account block department.
     
     
    ◘ If you were to open a ticket because you weren't held in error. clear your browser cookies then go to ticket and do that Click here

    ◘ Alternatively you can use incognito mode without clearing cookies, open google chrome press (ctrl+shift+N) all together from the keyboard then head over to ticket

    Hello,
     
    you need to open up a ticket under "lost access" department, make subject five words or more than that, include your id number or registered named. You have to open the ticket under a logged xat account. If you don't have one then sign up and get one.
    Example
     
     
    E46 - ID was not found. Make a ticket to get the k2 repaired. after getting the k2 repaired you should be able to login successfully.
     
    E17 means that the email you input is not the correct email address of your xat account, I highly doubt it got changed unless you asked for the change. Your 2nd email address seems to be the correct email address since it came with E46. Whilst the first one caused the login page to display the error E17.
     
     
    Note:  xat's data base was breached as for that they reset all the passwords for security purposes that's why you were forced to reset the password.

    If you think you have been scammed, you will have to open up a ticket under report scam department, volunteers will investigate the situation and help you out. If you have screenshots you can provide them along with the ticket. Subject must be at least five words or more than that.
    Example
     
    Note: The scammer cannot delete your account since your account is located and created at a different location (original location) so there's no question of deleting to occur.
    Note: screenshots are not necessary so if you don't have an evidence then no worries! Volunteers can track down "transfer logs/trade logs".

    Are you locked out of your account? 
    If so:
     
    Clear your browser cookies then go to https://util.xat.com/support/index.php and create a ticket using your email address that is associated with your locked account.
    Subject must be at least five words. Department/Help topic: is "Locked out". Once they reply to your ticket you should receive a mail from info@xat.com including a link to the ticket to reply back to them.  
     
    Just a note: from what you said I think it's either you're trying to login from your original location (home) but you can't or that you want a location update as you're moving to a different location which requires paid users only. You said: "need to change home".

    What do you mean by it takes everything from users?
    Are you receiving system problem (55) while trading/transferring which indicates you're held forever. If that's right then I'd say that they do not apply hold on  user's accounts for no reason.
    And it doesn't necessarily mean that you violated terms of service, perhaps someone transferred you stolen xats, that's why a hold was applied on your account to prevent the xats of being transferred to others, so probably your account is under investigations.
     
    Speaking of the support system, you will have to wait patiently until volunteers reply to your ticket, as some departments take longer time than others. For further information about what are the delayed departments please see : http://xthelp.x10.mx/index.html

    Você teria que abrir um ticket sob perdeu tópico acesso ajuda e sugestão pedido do email. Se você não se lembrava de seu endereço de e-mail depois de receber a dica, é possível que eles podem mudar o e-mail para você, tudo que você tem a fazer é dar-lhes um monte de informações sobre a sua conta etc.
    Assunto deve ser de pelo menos cinco palavras.
    Faça uma nova conta temporária, a fim de abrir o bilhete, como que os departamentos requer login. Ou usar uma conta xat diferentes que você tem acesso total a, isso é, se você possui uma segunda conta.

    I suggest you wait few hours then re login to your account since you completed your purchase just today.
    If you logged into your account and still don't receive any xats/days, then head over to Ticket and open up a ticket under payment problems department that's if you're a paid user. If you're not a paid user then use Report scam  Help topic instead.
     
    Please note that, subject must be at least five words.
