You at one point enabled authentication on your account. You need to enter the 6 digit code from the Google Authenticator application on your smartphone or the chrome extension (whichever you used.) If you no longer have access to the authenticator application and can't enter your code, you need to open a new ticket under the "Lost Auth" department.

Hi, your reserve will reduce overtime. Eventually all of your xats will be cleared and freely transferable. You will usually have to wait it out. However, if its an extremely large amount that will have you waiting for a long time before you can use your xats, you can ask for it to be reduced in a ticket.
