omg perfect!!! the only reason why i was asking is because i was thinking of suggesting a new power to @Mike or to someone who may be interested. i originally wanted to suggest having the power allow users to make gifs as bgs but that wouldn't be enough for a new power so i figured why not mini gifs as emoticons too. 

i think it'll be a nice and very unique power. something xat really didnt do before. 

It can probably be done the same way that avatars are currently animated via filmstrip. Not entirely sure. You can currently do it using CSS - background:}#chat embed{background:url('imagehere.gif)}; in your background: css code.

The background:} is the necessary part for putting the CSS code. 

Do you think it'll be enough to have a power made for it? Or will it even be possible to have a power made? Cause it's something that I've Been thinking about for a bit now @Mike

There is no further discussion on those threads and I don't think it's right to assume no punishments were given.

If you feel any actions are BIASED feel free to report about such actions and it'll be looked into.

I understand that this status update was originally opened to discuss birthday posts, but now it's turned into a pointless argument to attack each other.

I'd rather not have to remove this status update since a few users have voiced their opinions on the subject, but if some of you keep attacking each other there won't be any other options.

I think my point behind this status  has been made. I HOPE I'm wrong thinking there was no punishments given out. But according to steven, there have been no warnings given at all.. 

Hopefully this status and discussion opened SOME people's eyes.

Lots of people have suggested it, but it would be an epic power containing every hat that ever existed on xat, including the limited ones that we normally get for 2 weeks and then never see again! Everyhat would be a better name for it tbh!

The price could be anything! Take your pick .

Maybe 200,000 xats because of how desirable it would be. Not to mention, the chat could look messy if everybody had it. But this is pure speculation.
