    As previously mentioned, your account was held due to updating/changing the protection settings (most likely reducing it from type 2 to 1). You will have to wait the 3 days until the hold has been removed.

    Many inactive accounts were held for security purposes, which is likely your case. You will need to open a ticket under the "Account Block" help topic to have this resolved.

    If you are unable to login due to losing access to your authenticator codes, please fill out this request: https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form&d=5. Select "Lost authentication" and fill out all the fields with the information related to your account.

    You can embed an HTML5 chat by clicking "group" at the top right and selecting "embed". You will then be given a code to embed the chat to a webpage.

    Normally this happens when your account is indefinitely held. If you receive system problem 25/55 when trying to trade or transfer, it means your account is held indefinitely (in your case, inactivity). This hold, designed for security purposes, prevents every type of transaction on your account. 
     
    You can create a support ticket in the Account Block department to ask for more information about the hold. You do NOT need to be a paid user or logged in to create this ticket. Enter the email associated to your held account and ensure your ticket subject is 5 words or more. Within the ticket message, please explain your situation. Once a ticket has been created, please wait patiently and check your email regularly for a response.

    There is no way to see who viewed what threads on the forum. You are able, however, to see what users currently online on the forum are viewing (if they are not anonymous) by hovering over their profile picture or viewing their profile.

    Here are a few options:
     
    If you still have access to the email:
    Login to an alternate account. Use the xat login page and select the "Lost password/username" tab. Enter the email associated to your account and you will be emailed instructions to reset your password to login. The email should also mention your account username. 
     
    If you forget the email/don't have access to it:
    Login to an alternate account. Open a ticket on the alternate account under the Lost Access help topic. Specify the account username/ID you are attempting to recover. You will be asked questions to prove you are the real owner of the account.
     
    For information about creating an alternate account, read this. To figure out the registered username associated to the ID, go to a chat with a fexbot and type !reg IDhere. Please note that the Lost Access help topic does have a slight response delay time at the moment.
     
    Accounts are not deleted if they are inactive.

    If you recently created an account, please check the email you used to create the account for an activation link. Once you have activated your account, you should be able to login.
     
    Please note that gmail is the most recommended email to use with xat. Other email providers could take several hours before appearing in your inbox.

    Opening a ticket under Lost auth with an email associated to a xat account will likely give you a message saying something like "Unable to create ticket. Please check errors below and try again!" even though the subject is atleast 5 words and there are no errors.
     
    If you are sure there are no errors, please contact a volunteer here on the forum by sending them a private message to open a ticket for you. Specify the account with the lost auth.

    Open a ticket under Lost access using an alternate account you have access to. For instructions on how to make a new account, read this guide. Specify the account you're trying to recover and ensure the subject is atleast 5 words. You will likely be asked questions to ensure you are the real owner.

    Simply reply to your ticket asking for it to be closed. If it isn't closed within the next few days, I suggest you contact a volunteer here on the forum kindly asking for them to close your ticket so you can open another to satisfy your needs.

    Hello,
     
    Do the following:
     
    Go to your chat and click edit on the bottom right. Submit your chat's password (if you forgot it, enter the email associated with the chat and you can get a new one) and you should then be in your chat's settings. Click the "Chat Box Settings" button and then select the "Update & Get Code" button and that will regain your ownership and update your chat to avoid inactivity. It could take up to 10-15 minutes to fully update, if not try adding a ? following your chat's URL.

    Since you have forgot the password and have lost access to the email, you will need to open a ticket on an alternate account under "Lost access". For a guide on how to make an alternate account read here. Be sure to specify the account you're trying to recover. You may be asked questions regarding the account you're trying to recover to ensure you are the real owner. 
     
    For any reason you are having trouble opening a ticket, you can contact a volunteer on the forum to help you.

    If this chat is in any way breaking the terms of service, you may report it by clicking inappropriate on the bottom right of the chat or by clicking here. Include any evidence/proof of how the chat is breaking the terms.
     
    Please note that there could be several "help" chats out there but may not be necessarily "official". This isn't exactly a term violation as users are able to create a chat for whatever purpose they wish. To view a list of all of xats official chats, read xat.wiki/chats. 
     
    If there was a theft or scam that has happened at the chat, a ticket will need to be made under the Help topic "Report Scam" with as much evidence as possible about the scam. For more information about reporting scams, read here.

    I don't quite understand the content you've posted however, regarding the title of your thread:
     
    You are typically only allowed to have 1 ticket open at a time. If you have a ticket open at the moment and are still waiting for a reply, please continue to be patient. If you have a ticket open at the moment and wish to view it, check your email associated to the account you opened the ticket on and click the link to view your ticket. If your problem is solved within your ticket and it is still open, simply reply to your ticket asking for it to be closed.
     
    If you have another reason to open another ticket, make sure you do not have any tickets open before attempting to create another.
     
    Note: Viewing ticket status right now is currently down so you will need to use the link in your email to access your recent ticket.
