  1. Ok, so mlogin2.php is working fine.

It's strange, it's not working well with your website. The chat is supposed to share the same "local storage" as when you use xat.com directly.

I've tried to logout, then login again and go on your website, and it worked.

    Can you try the following

    - Go on your website, open Chrome console > Go on "App" or "Application" tab, then do like the gif: https://i.imgur.com/uzmBVBX.gif (I did right click on "https://xat.com" and then "clear" to delete all the data)

    - Once done, go on xat.com/login, connect to your account and if it's okay, refresh on your website.

    - Go back to Chrome console > "App" / "Application" tab and check if your "todo" is present with a value + if you are connected on your account ...

    It is not a problem.

I followed the steps but I can not find 'mlogin2.php' in the 'Network' tab.

These are the only requests that I see, see image: https://prnt.sc/jYKUr6iPDHn1

    Strange.

Can you re-do the same steps and go on xat.com/xat to see if the mlogin2 request is there please? Make sure to keep the console opened during all the process.

I personally tried and went on your site with the chat box and I could see the mlogin2.php request.

If still nothing, try to clear local storage / cache etc and do it again.

If still nothing after that, i'll investigate with the admins.

  3. Okay good.

Next thing (sorry, the process is a bit long).

Please do the following things :

    - Close all the chats you are on

    - Login to your account on xat.com/login

    - Once you did login (make sure to click the button at the bottom again), open Chrome console again and go on the "Network" tab where it will list all the requests.

    - Connect to a chat

    - On the Chrome console you opened previously and in the "Network" tab, look for an mlogin2.php request (filter on "xhr").

    Screenshot:

    - Once you found out the mlogin2.php request, click it and then click the "response" tab. You should have an output starting with "{". If so, please tell me if you have this somewhere:  "v": "<v

If you do not have this output, please tell me what do you have in the response tab.

    Thank you.

  4. Okay, nothing wrong here.  Good.

Then, still on the Chrome console (F12 or right-click and "Inspect element"), click the "Application" (or "App") tab, search for "Local Storage" in the left column, click the arrow next to it and then "https://xat.com" menu.

After clicking it, you will have a table with a lot of data.

When you are on it, can you check if you have a "todo" in the table ? Like this:

    w19b5nz.png

It has a value with all required data to connect to your account on the chat.

Do this and let me know if you have it on your side.

  5. When you do login, please press F12 / or right click > "inspect element" and then go in the console tab.

Please take a screenshot (make sure, it has no sensitive information) and post it here, so I can see if something is wrong there.

Also, make sure cookies are allowed on *.xat.com domain.

Thanks hopefully while at it, the lag in adding xat/days can be fixed.

When trading, Adding eg : 5 xats, if you update it to 100 afterwards, other party doesn't see the update (Happens alot, sometimes it doesn't but it happens 80% of trading times)

    Thanks so much Soom!

    One bug at a time.

Please open another topic for the "trade lags" please.

    I'll take a look later.

  7. @ResellerMatt To confirm and after checking the trade app, it's true that if the amount is > 10000, it will set the amount to 2 (I have no idea why it was decided this way)

We will fix this for a future version.
