Unfortunately we made some changes (a few weeks ago) that Flash does not support and was needed for the HTML5 chat.
We have also disconnected the Flash connection as we no longer support Flash.
I suggest you to use HTML5 chat or mobile app to keep having access to your chat.

Can we have the "steps" to see the problem, please ?
Also, can they try to visit xat.com/xat (not saying, it will work), so we can have more logs about ?
