    Hi, based on the screenshots, you are spammed with raid bots in your private chat. You can try using a (nopc) and (nopm) power to avoid being spammed then refresh on the chat, in this way the raider on your chat won't be able to send you a private message anymore if you have the (nopc) and (nopm) powers enabled.

    If you are locked out of your account and you're receiving the error E29 when trying trying to login on your account, please use this form to request a ticket open for you:

    Please select ''Locked Out'' as the type of your request, fill in your registered name, ID and your xat account's e-mail address, then click ''Save'' button to submit your request. After sending your request, please wait patiently and a volunteer will open a ticket for you and also please check your e-mail for any ticket notifications.
     
    If you can login on your account and in need of a location update, then you may please open a ticket in the ''Location Update'' help topic and request for your location to be updated.
    Please make that the subject in ticket is at least five words or more.

    Do you still have the QR code or the time based mode code saved? This can be used to try to recover your token code.
    If you're not able to save them, you would need a volunteer to open a ticket for you, please private message a volunteer here on the forum and politely ask for help.

    Do you have a ticket open already about this issue? If so, please patiently wait for a response on your ticket as you'll eventually get a response. In the meantime, please check your email daily for any ticket notifications.
     
    If you do not have a ticket open yet. You would need a ticket in Lost Access help topic if you have forgotten/lost access to your email. To do this, please make a temporary account that you can login and that you have access with the email.

    If you are trying to change your chat group's email address, you cant. If you still have access to the chat, you can try to reset the whole chat and set it to members only.
    Within the 90 days period that the chat is inactive with no chat staffs present, the chat will be put up for sale and you'll be able to buy the chat.
    Once the chat is up for sale, you should be able to buy the chat with a new email address that you have access with.
     
    If you are trying to change your xat account's email address and have lost access to it, you would need to open a ticket in Lost Access help topic and request to get your email address changed. In order to open a ticket under this help topic, you must be logged in on an account that you have access with the email.
    Open a ticket in Lost Access help topic Make sure that the subject in ticket is five words or more In your ticket message, mention your username and ID, the email you lost access with And the email you want to change it to Once you are able to open a ticket, wait for a response. Check your email daily for any ticket notifications.

    For now, Geovisite is the one recommended to create your own globe, clock or flag counter.
     
    To access on Geovisite, you need to register an account on it and login. Once you're logged in, you need to get the identification number of your Geovisite account (geo id).
    If by chance the Geovisite don't load on your browser please try using a different browser to access on it.
     
    Remember to use a different password/email on Geovisite than on xat.

    ex: [box:globe:180:190:398644531899] , then copy and paste this code on your chat's edit page and click the Save Changes button.

    Did you buy xats on xat.com/buy page and were the money taken from you after you tried to purchase xats? Did you get an email confirmation of the purchase? 
     
    If yes, please try to re-login on your account and you should be able to receive your xats already.
     
    If the money is taken from and you didn't get an email confirmation of the purchase yet, there could be delays so I would suggest to wait within 24 hours for the xats to arrive.
     
    If within 24 hours and you didn't get your xats yet, I would suggest to open a ticket under the help topic ''Payment Problems''. Make sure that your subject in ticket is at least five words or more. Note that you must be a paid user and be logged in to open a ticket on this help topic.
     
    If by any chance you encounter a problem in opening a ticket, you may contact a volunteer here on forum and request politely to help you open a ticket for you.

    What are you opening a ticket for?
     
    Some ticket departments are required for you to be a paid user in order to be able to open a ticket.
    If you are opening a ticket in paid department and you're not a paid user, the volunteers will not open a ticket for you.
    To be a paid user, you must at least purchase a $5 worth of xats on the xat buy page.  
     
    If you're trying to open on a non-paid ticket department, but you're unable to open a ticket, please private message a volunteer here on the forum and politely ask for help.
     
    Please include the following information on your message:
    Your registered name and ID. The email attached to the account. Please mention if you still have access to the email or not. And the reason for needing a ticket One of the volunteers you may contact here: https://forum.xat.com/staff/

    When logging in on your account, make sure that you are entering the correct Username/Email or Password. 
     
    Do you still have access to the account's email?
    If so, please go to  https://xat.com/lostpass and try to reset your account's password. Make sure your password only contains alphanumeric characters (a-z A-Z 0-9) and at least 8 characters long of a password.
     
    If you no longer have access to the account's email.
    You will have to open a ticket at https://xat.com/ticket under the "Lost Access" help topic using and alternate account that you have access the email with. Make sure the subject in ticket is 5 words or more.

    Is your chat newly created? If so, could you give it some time for it to appear on the xat groups page.
     
    Make sure that chat is NOT set to ''Don't include this chat box on any lists or charts'' on your Edit group page. 
     
    Make sure that the chat is active, means that your chat must have an online active users present on the chat.
     
    You could also assign Supporter powers, it could let your chat be featured on the xat group's supported page.
     
    Also, if I'm not mistaken, you have a ticket open? If so, it would be wise to wait patiently for their response to you while they are investigating the issue on your chat. I understand that it can be frustrating while waiting, but please understand that they are doing the best they can to fix the issue. In the meantime, I ask you to please be patient.

    Did you open a ticket about this error? If so, you will have to ask for further assistance regarding the issue on your account and wait patiently for a response in your ticket. Keep in my mind that you won't be able to promote your chat until the block on your account is lifted.
     
    If you did not open a ticket yet, you will need to create a ticket under ''Account Block'' help topic to get this error fixed on your account. When opening a ticket, make sure that the subject in your ticket is five words or more.

    The account  has maybe been deleted for breaking the xat Terms of Service. You will need to create a ticket under Help Topic "Account Block" using the email associated with the account to have this error fixed. When opening a ticket, insure that the subject in your ticket is five words or more.
     
    If a problem occurs and you are unable to open a ticket despite filling in correctly with the required information, you may need to contact a volunteer here on forum and request politely to help you open a ticket.

    If you are receiving the error System problem 55/E55  a ticket will need to be created under Help Topic "Account Block" using the email associated with the account to have this error solved.
     
    In order to open a ticket please follow the guide below:
     
    Step 1: Clear your cookies/cache and login on xat.
    Step 2: After logging in successfully, go to  ticket page. Fill in the boxes with required information. Choose Account Block as your help topic and the subject in your ticket must at least five words or more. Explain the issue you're having on your account in the message box.
    Step 3: Click on ''Open Ticket'' button below to submit your ticket and finally wait for a response. Once a volunteer reply to your ticket a notification will be sent to your email. Keep checking your email daily.
     
    In case you experience a problem in creating a ticket. You may try to contact a volunteer  on forum or on chat and ask politely to help you open a ticket.
    Message a volunteer with your registered name/ID, the email associated to your account and the reason for needing a ticket.

    It might take a little while to update with your chat language, so give it a time. You can also try to use a different browser to see if will work promoting your chat.
     
    Also if the chat is newly created, you'll have to wait 7 days before you can promote your chat.

    If you previously owned the shortname and have changed to a new registered name but decided to take back the shortname Masal, you would still need to open a ticket under Short Names and Groups help topic and request to have the shortname be put back up for sale again for you to be able to buy it. You must be a paid user and must be logged in to open a ticket, and also make sure that the subject in ticket must at least five words.
