Hello, Short names transfer is a paid users' only service. You should purchase xats from xat's store (https://xat.com/buy) if you'd like for your shortnames to be transfered. You could get the $5 package and you'd be able to request it via ticket under the help topic "Short names and groups".

This is relatively more complicated since there are a lot of clubs all around the world. How would xat decide which clubs would be added and which wouldn't? Also, since this would take a lot of work to implement, it should probably be a new power rather than an addition to the existing Flag power. Last but not least, I believe these images (club logos) are copyrighted and can't be used, specially if xat is going to sell it as a power.

I think it's a natural move to add supportive flags for the LGBTQIA+ community. I mean we're in 2022. There's just no reason that justifies not doing it, it's relatively simple to do and will make people feel supported, some may be upset, but it's part of the game as well. Also, if we analyse other similar services, we'll see they've done it already.

I believe this is a "protection" to help xat handling scam reports in general. I know this may upset ID resellers (remember that this is not supported by xat, so you should NEVER buy an ID without registering as soon as possible or you'll PROBABLY get scammed), however I think it's not as simple as you guys stated.

Sloom has a good point. How useful is this for non-officials? I personally don't like the idea of creating a power (required for EveryPower) based on something that'll be useful for officials mostly. I also don't like the old culture of labeling users as "trolls" or "bad users", for example. Also, we already have Ranklock power which prevents unwanted users from being ranked on your chat. Maybe, this could be a boost to Ranklock? Adding the Notes (reason) panel + the ability to ranklock someone for a specific amount of time. Another point is that this would probably lead to drama on officials, since you could argue with the main owner because you don't agree with the note another user put on your friend.

It's not a bad idea in my opinion. Other chat services such as Discord offer the ability to restrict new users to talk only after a specific amount of time on the server (in this case, in the chatroom). This would probably help with the ban-evading users that are able to do it really quickly nowadays. At the end of the day it'd be up for the main owner whether to use ir or not. We also need to keep in mind that not everyone is able to afford a bot or powers & days, so a default (free) feature for chat owners would be great.

There's this dude that sends me sick stuff in private chat, but when I put him on ignore he's gone. I think it's only relevant if people are somehow doing it using multiple IDs at once. Is that the case? If so, I'd support this new feature, if not let's just continue to use the "Ignore" button.

Hello, Helped the user on the Ajuda chat. The problem was a really huge broken smiley code on name, when she fixed it the power started to work again. The problem wasn't Statusfx, when she had the broken code her status wouldn't work at all. This topic can be closed.
