The deadline is set to the end of the day (GMT) on November 15. Questions about the contest should be posted in this topic. REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS Backgrounds must be blue and must not focus on a specific event or celebration. You must provide a chat background and an outer background (2560 x 1440 pixels or larger). You must provide a matching button color. Your entry must be posted publicly here. Please try not to make something too dark or too bright. Ideally, don't make anything hurtful to eyes.   14. Hello, Unfortunately, the only way to find out why your account was deleted is via the ticket system. Please be patient and a volunteer will get to your ticket as soon as possible. See here for information regarding the status of ticket departments. Additionally, your second issue also must be resolved through the support system. You will receive an appropriate response in regards to why your account was held on your relevant ticket.
  15. The vast majority of old chat managers were removed from their position rather than stepped back. Creating a title for users who were previously a chat manager would only create more drama, eg Why does Santiago have it and Daniel doesn't?

  18. You will have to understand that this kind of program is ‘illegal’ on xat. For that reason, you'll most likely not be given a refund. However, you're still encouraged to report this activity via the ticket system so that the user can be punished accordingly. Your ticket should be filled under ‘Report scam’ and your subject must contain at least five words.
  19. It looks like you've been scammed. If this is the case, you'll want to open a ticket under Report Scam. You must be logged into an account to be able to open a ticket on that department. When opening a ticket, make sure that your subject is at least 5 (five) words, and to include a good description of the incident and any evidence you may have. If this isn't the case, then we'll be unable to assist you with the information you've provided so far.   20. Hello, Considering that no one else has reported this issue so far, it's most likely a connectivity issue on your side. Make sure that you're running the latest version of the app, and that your device is connected to the internet. It's also worth rebooting your device and router/modem (if you're using WiFi).
