  4. Admins are fully aware of who is active or not and how many tickets are getting answered by each volunteer. As already mentioned above the removal of inactive vols has been suggested but only admins can actually remove the inactive ones. The only departments which are delayed are the more in depth ones that only a selected few volunteers work which are all active by the way. Removing the inactive volunteers wouldn't help these departments and adding new volunteers will also not improve the situation.   6. Something I would like to suggest, would it be useful if an out glow of your rank color is displayed around the pawn? I think when this power hits the store everyone will use different pawns which will hide the color of the rank they are such as green, blue, white orange. I know we have color pawns already such as purple which hides the rank color but with this new power going out it's going to hard to see.   10. A birthday/party themed flix power you could use for different events all year such as birthdays, anniversary, celebrations, fireworks like 4th july/5 november etc. Something unique away from the standard holiday flix powers such as Christmas, Halloween & Valentines.

  15. Can you try signing in again and see if you get the security check email in your inbox? Sometimes the first email gets delayed but when you try it again the second email arrives in minutes.
  16. A little random but is anyone else having issues receiving emails from info@xat.com when trying to login? I enter my username and password and need to click the email link as per usual but the email never comes or when it does come it takes a few hours. If I re-login again the second email usually arrives withing seconds so I can login as normal and then a few hours later the first original email arrives. I have info@xat.com added in contacts so it should get blocked etc. Anyone else getting this issue?
  17. As long as each Official help chat has a dedicate support team who are ready to help and the user is not taken to a dead/inactive chat then it will be a great idea. The last thing you want is for a user who needs support to be taken to a chat where they can't get any assistance. I get there will be times where chats are quiet with time zones etc but will there be enough support for users when they do reach out to these help chats for assistance?
  18. Is silentban designed to only let the user know that they are banned or is it meant to not let anyone know in the chat? Can silentban be used to ban for 1hour+?
