I've asked for a volunteer at the beginner of this year on January to open a ticket for myself for an account which has been deleted for some reason.
The only thing i've done is moved from UK to USA and i tried to login at USA on my account and it said "account has been deleted"

Unfortunately the department where your ticket is in is one of the most delayed departments right now. If one of the volunteers don't help you on your currently problem, the only thing you can do is remain patient for a answer. You can check the response times of the departments here.
