    The forum is not the place to make complaints about official chats. If you'd like to report a moderator or owner, I'd recommend you to contact the main owner first.
     
    The ticket system is also a good way to report unfair situations that can occur on official chats. If you've already opened a ticket, then this will be handled within the ticket system.

    I understand you think it's disrespectful for users to use names like this.
     
    However, Allah is not the only name tied to a religion that is being used by users on xat. Names such as Deus, Dios, etc... are being used by users as well, and sadly there's nothing we can do about it. xat won't delete those names when users have already spent xats on buying them, simply because they're not breaking any rule or term of service.

    xat administrators are aware of this situation. It has also been discussed by Contributors and Volunteers, and of course, by xat admins as well.
     
    We did try to find a solution, but it doesn't seem to be that easy. Human staff was also suggested, however the idea was rejected by admins.
     
    We hope we can find a solution as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconveniences.

    It's true, Flash will not work at the end of 2020, but that doesn't mean you won't be able to use xat.com
     
    Admins are already working on the HTML5 version of xat, so once Flash stops working at all, you will still be able to use xat with HTML5, so don't worry.
     
    If you want to try using the HTML5 version of xat, just add ?new to the end of the chat you are visiting. For example: xat.com/Help?new

    ¿Tus amigos tienen el power Pcplus? Si es así, entonces ese es el motivo por el cual cualquier persona puede enviarles chats privados. El power Pcplus permite a los usuarios registrados y/o suscritos enviarte chats privados aúnque tengas el power Nopc activado.
     
    Es necesario que el power Pcplus sea desactivado para que dejen de recibir mensajes privados de cualquier persona(usuarios registrados y/o suscritos) y el power Nopc funcione correctamente.

    Vas a necesitar abrir un ticket en el departamento "Lost Auth". Para abrir un ticket, accede al siguiente enlace: https://util.xat.com/support/open.php. Asegúrate de colocar 5 palabras en el asunto.
     
    En caso de que no puedas abrir el ticket, accede al siguiente enlace para solicitar que un Voluntario abra uno por ti: https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form. Selecciona Lost Authentication, coloca tu nombre de usuario, tu de ID de xat y el e-mail asociado a tu cuenta de xat.
     
    Una vez que el ticket haya sido abierto, recibirás un e-mail que te notificará que el ticket ya ha sido abierto, debes hacer clic en el enlace que recibirás.
