    Appropriate actions have already been taken to remediate this situation. We recommend that you try to contact the main owner of the chat (the one that has the chat under their email), and tell them to contact xat through the ticket system for further details.

    El foro no es el lugar apropiado para emitir este tipo de quejas. Secciones públicas del foro no es donde los usuarios deben enviar sus quejas, incluso si se trata de chats oficiales. Lo recomendable es siempre dirigirse a los main owners, y en última instancia enviar tickets para contactar directamente con voluntarios.

    Tu ticket continúa en xadmin, lo que quiere decir que un administrador deberá responder a tu ticket y / o procesar la solicitud que has enviado para desbloquear tu cuenta. No hay nada que nosotros (voluntarios) podamos hacer al respecto por el momento.

    Tu ticket se encuentra en el departamento perteneciente a la administración de xat, esto significa que ninguno de nosotros (voluntarios) tiene alcance a tu ticket. Por lo tanto, lamentablemente deberás seguir esperando hasta que un administrador atienda tu caso.
     
    Los tickets que se encuentran en el departamento de la administración de xat suelen tardar en obtener respuestas, suelen tener bastante retraso.

    As mentioned by other members, you can open a ticket to send your report. However, you can report a volunteer to another volunteer, or by emailing xat staff. If you're afraid that the volunteer you want to report may reply to your ticket, then you can private message another volunteer here on the forum. If we get a consistent report, we will then email xat staff to take appropriate actions on the volunteer you're reporting. Volunteers have the right and duty to report other volunteers if they do bad.
     
    You can private message me to send your report if you want (of course if I'm not the volunteer you want to report).

    What you are reporting is an attempt to scam, they're trying to steal your xats and powers. Please, ignore these users and report them immediately.
     
    You must know that this is not new to us, this has been happening for a while now. You should report these fraudulent users immediately every time you see them, probably, this is not the first time they'll try to scam you.
     
    In case you took screenshots and have sufficient proofs against this fraudulent user, you can report it to me or any other volunteer through a private message here on the forum.

    If you're getting E29 on your account, then you'd need to follow the instructions DjFunny has provided.
     
    However, if you've lost access to your account by forgetting the email associated to your xat account or by forgetting the password and losing access to the email, then you'd need to open a ticket under Lost Access. You'd have to create a secondary account to open the ticket, specifying you've lost access to your main account and providing the registered username and ID of the account you lost access to.
     
    Anyway, it seems that you have an ongoing ticket already. Your issue will and must be resolved within the ticket you already opened. Opening a topic on the forum will not help nor will change the course of your ticket.

    The ticket system is also a good way to report unfair situations that can occur on official chats. If you've already opened a ticket, then this will be handled within the ticket system.

    I understand you think it's disrespectful for users to use names like this.
     
    However, Allah is not the only name tied to a religion that is being used by users on xat. Names such as Deus, Dios, etc... are being used by users as well, and sadly there's nothing we can do about it. xat won't delete those names when users have already spent xats on buying them, simply because they're not breaking any rule or term of service.
