To the HTML5 Dev Team:
Thanks for the recent efforts on translator -- I've seen great improvements on functionality / accuracy over the last few months. I have a question regarding functionality.
Previously, on flash version of xat, the translator allowed us to have the translator set to different languages across multiple chats. For example:
I am on 3 chats at once. Chat A I would have translator enabled for Portuguese, Chat B in Italian, Chat C in Spanish.
With the HTML5 version of xat, I am noticing that settings to translator are automatically synced across all active chat windows. If I am in multiple chats, like the scenario above, if I update the language in chat A to Spanish, the translator in Chats B and C are also updated to Spanish automatically, although the translator is also automatically disabled in chats B and C.
Is this a limitation? Could we possibly consider allowing multiple languages to be used with the translator simultaneously in different chats? This would be extremely beneficial for support communities (bot providers primarily) who are actively engaging in multiple chats that may or may not be the same language... Just a small barrier of communication that could be removed if it isn't a limitation to the current translator functionality.
