Hi all! As you may know, my intro on xat is: "It'sssss HelperNate! HelperNate! Always here to help a good m8! " I'm making this little game because I want to hear YOUR variations of my intro for yourself or someone else! They need to be in the format of: "It'sssss Name! Name! This intro's going into the hall of fame! " Meaning, the format must be that the first word is "It'sssss" (5 s's) then a name for yourself or someone else, then something that rhymes with the selected name. Another example: "It'sssss Steve! Steve! Being mocked is my pet peeve! " Good luck!

Since I was on vacation, I couldn't host giveaways involving the two other powers behind the newest one MONEY, so for this contest, the prize will consist of the PAST THREE newest powers! Mini contest of the new power @ Shop chat starting Saturday August 18 @ 6PM GMT / 2PM EST! (17 hours from now) It will involve choosing a random number from 1-20 (max number may increase depending on number of users) and placing it in front of your name within a short time limit! Whoever gets the exact number will win 50 xats and score 1 point. And since there are 3 powers to give away, the first user who scores 2 points will win MONEY, the second user who scores 2 points will win SLIMEFX, and the third user who scores 2 points will win KTREE. After 20 rounds have passed and all 3 powers were not given away, the game will continue, but the user who scores CLOSEST to the exact number will win a power. If there are 2 powers remaining after the 20th round and there is a tie as to who scored the closest number, I will use the bot to choose who will win the newer power. If such a tie happens with only 1 power in the inventory, the same choose command will be used to determine who will win the final power. I guess if a thread is being made about this, I might as well share my input on the matter: Unfortunately I wasn't around during Social's early days when Jamesey was running the chat at the time. I first came in December 2016 when Life was the current main at the time and I had a genuine interest in helping out the chat. I've been a long-time staff member of Social since January of 2017. Around the time I got owner later, I felt like it was a big accomplishment for me, but then the chat was dying out, and not many users including Life came on so much. I can confirm Dallas's memory of 2017 is true. Social HAS gotten quiet around that time, and he was foreverbanned for a reason I can't even remember anymore. I was really looking forward to running Social as the next main owner, and I even came very prepared too, but unfortunately Mike got placed instead. Was I mad that I wasn't the next person to get appointed to run the chat? Of course I was. I didn't really have a problem with Mike up until recently when I noticed the "big changes" that he made to the chat that he told me about when I returned from my vacation. Despite these "changes" I tried to keep it together, as I wanted to continue to help Social chat, but it was really hard to when I noticed that Mike's friends have been unfairly promoted and granted owner access on bot and that made me madder than ever because that is NOT how an official chat should be run. In addition, most rules even severe ones warrant only a 0.5 hour ban because they want to "keep users in, not throw them out." And on top of that, Mike's also driven away many other loyal long-time staff members who have worked hard for their position! I can understand that the intended goal was to get the chat active and full of users, but I feel like that was their ONLY intent! I think it's BECAUSE of the bias, favoritism, short ban times, and other "changes" to the chat that it's full, which aren't good reasons for an official chat to maintain its status. My opinion about these "changes" is that it should be taken TO THEIR OWN CHAT and NOT ruin a perfectly good official! I want to continue to help Social chat, but not Mike. I have a bad feeling that Social will soon get delisted, lose its autopromo, and removed from the wiki before giving a DECENT main owner a chance to run it who actually knows what they're doing and HOW to do it! I want to help steer Social in the right direction and STOP all the favoritism, short ban times, promotion of friends of other staff, and all other toxic activity if I'm ever given the opportunity, but I guess we'll never know now will we?

I have officially returned to xat, as my vacation is over! This also means that Stive's time as temporary co-main is over, and he will be restored back to an owner. Thank you Stive for running the chat in my absence! You did a great job, but may have made a few minor mistakes, but the most important part is that you handled reports in a timely manner, and that's what's most important! Keep up the good work around here! To all staff members: I have reset the chat and put all perm mods and above on the userlist so the bot can re-rank them if I am not present. Members are not added due to the bot's autotemp feature, but an owner can also fix that. Thank you and happy shopping!

Adding on, when users use !chatstaff on bot, staff using this power shouldn't fool bots. For example, if I was an owner and I was using the disguise power to make myself look like a member, I would still be listed as an owner on the bot's !chatstaff list. Also too, if I was an owner using the disguise power to make myself look like a member, it should still give main owners the option to demote me while it says member on my title even though I'm really an owner.
