As the title states. I need a ticket I created to be transferred to the right department. My account is indefinitely in "Held" status. Been inactive for quite the while. I'd made the ticket thinking the error I was receiving, Or rather the people who would attempt to give me days. Was Error 26. When it was actually. System Problem 26. Thank you in advance.
