    First of all, follow this guide to make sure your browser's plugins are allowed for xat.com: https://util.xat.com/wiki/index.php?title=Flash_Plugin
    Once your plugins activated, clear your cache/cookies and also try to change browser. Then try to open a ticket.
     
    If you still cannot open a ticket, I suggest you to private message a volunteer and ask them to open a ticket for you. (Elie, Muffins, Steven, Maverick, Nick)

    If you already tried everything you said above, what I advise you to do is to reset your router, which means putting the settings to default.
     
    Once you've done that, it should normaly work.

    From what I understood, you are locked out.
    You need to open a ticket under the "Locked out" help topic, you do not need to be a paid user to open a ticket in this department. You will be able to open the ticket with your account's email address.
