    SJBB, this is an issue with your Chrome browser, as your chat is showing for me on the "Supported" list on Google Chrome. 
    You'll have to try to clear your browser's cache/cookies, reset it or even uninstall and reinstall it if it's still not working.

    You must have made a payment (by purchasing xats) to open a ticket in some sections. Could you be more precise and explain what is the issue with your account?

    If your account is held for 7 days or less, (5 days in your case) you are recommended to wait it out, no further action should be required.
    Your account will be unheld after 5 days. 
     
    In the future, if you want to use xat.com on mobile, you should use the xat applications instead.

    If you don't have access to that account, you'll have to create a new account by clicking on newid and open a ticket on this new account.

    You have to wait until you get an answer on your ticket, just be a little more patient please.
    Your authenticator code will be reset and you will be able to login to your account properly. You won't lose anything, your xats/powers will be there.

    I understand your frustation, but if you already got a reply saying that you cannot recover your account, you should listen to them. Creating threads about this issue won't change anything at all.
    Note that xat would never accuse you of something if you didn't do it.
