  7. If you refresh the ticket form after sending your reply, it will send it again.

     

    I can assure you that it's no problem on our side, and we can simply look past it. You won't be in any sort of trouble! I wouldn't worry about it too much. A fix to this would be to update the OSTicket version, but this may be a task to look forward to once HTML5 is completed.

     

    Since this isn't a problem, there's no need for this support thread to remain open. I'm going to lock it, now.

     

    In the future, it may be easier just to ask a volunteer directly.

    Es desafortunado escuchar que estás experimentando estos problemas en xat.

     

    Primeramente, si el usuario tiene una cuenta registrada con xat, te sugiero reportar a este usuario inmediatamente con capturas de pantallas o evidencias de video, o en un ticket.

     

    Sin embargo, si el usuario en cuestión no está registrado, tu única opción es continuamente banear al usuario para siempre de tu chat, y hacer el chat solo para miembros. Esto detendrá al usuario de escribir en tu chat.

     

    También podrías usar el macro "$avatars=off" en el chat para detenerte a ti misma de ver los avatares que otras personas usan.

     

    xat toma este tipo de cosas muy seriamente, pero no puede siempre tomar acción inmediata sobre usuarios no registrados. Es un defecto con xat, pero hay soluciones.
