I'm not entirely sure I can completely understand what you've written. This seems more like a rant post than an actual suggestion due to the fact that your guide hasn't been accepted yet. Nevertheless, I've moved this to Suggestions sub-forum due to your 3rd line of "monologue".
It was decided by the forum staff that guides would be subject to an approval process, to avoid trolling-guides, as well as incomplete/useless guides. It's also meant as a barrier to decide whether or not the guide was written broken English, and to subject it grammatical or syntactical edits that would make the guide flow more smoothly.
Users who try to circumvent being approved by simply posting their guide in General Discussion will still be forced to undergo the approval process, regardless of whether or not they think their guide is useful enough to be insta-approved.
We aim to try to make sure the guides are professional and cover all details, instead of being submitted broken, incomplete, or incoherent guides.
