I assume all of those dates are not multiple tickets, but rather when your ticket was replied to?
Please keep in mind that opening a thread on the forum will not speed up the process of your ticket being replied to. Some tickets can take far longer than others, depending on the issue at hand.
Please continue to remain patient. Volunteers are humans too, and are busy with real life and the holidays coming up.

I'm going to assume you're trying to reset a chat that's listed under the language of Romanian, which in this case, I believe would cause it to glitch out as Maverick stated. (Since Romanian captcha is broken)

You'll have to wait for it to be fixed, if that truly ends up being the case.
  3. Angelo's post in Can't submit a ticket! was marked as the answer
From what I've heard, having a dynamic IP address can cause some issues on xat. I'm not entirely sure why your hold wouldn't go down, however.

Have you tried logging in from another browser, and then trying to open a ticket for your issue?

If you've done that, and that along with your previous attempts to clear your cache/cookies are failing, please Private Message any volunteer that has their message box open, and ask them to open a ticket for you: https://forum.xat.com/staff

Make sure to include your registered name, ID number, and purpose for opening a ticket in the private message.

    Hey there,

You can always trying PMing a volunteer all of the details, such as Vale or Nick.

    Good luck!
  5. Angelo's post in Need Help Retrieving My Account was marked as the answer
    Hey there,

If you've lost both the knowledge as to what your e-mail is AND your password, you're going to need to create a new ID (new account) here and then go ahead and register that ID here

Once you've done this, you can go ahead and create a support ticket at xat.com/ticket. You've made you a new account so you can actually go ahead and create a ticket.

Make sure you tell them that you cannot remember your account's email, as well as your registered name and Identification number.  Once you've submitted your ticket, you need to wait for a reply, where you might be asked a few security questions to prove that the original account truly was yours. If you answer them correctly, there is a chance you'll be given the first 3 letters of your e-mail address that is linked to your xat account.

From there, it's up to you to remember it! Good luck!

First off I'll go ahead and assure you that when you login, the screen that you got was not abnormal. "Login" is just a button that is present on the homepage for people to easily go and login.

When you go to any xat chat, right click in the chat and click on "Settings". Locate the little folder icon and click on it. You need to make sure that you're allowing xatech to store information on your computer, like such: http://prntscr.com/db34fb If this is not checked as allow, you'll need to allow it and refresh.

Also, when you are going to login, are you closing out of every other xat window you have open, and then going to one single chat?
Does this "endless loop" happen on every browser, or just one?
  7. Angelo's post in i have some issues was marked as the answer
Here are a few methods I use to attempt to overcome this endless loop:

If you're using chrome, follow this link : Logout (this will log you out of your account), then go and clear your cache and cookies. Login once, and attempt to create the ticket. If this fails,

Close your current browser, and open a new one. Clear the cache of this browser, and then login once. Attempt to make the ticket.

Make sure you're attempting to create this ticket from your original home IP address  (where your account was first registered)

And.. if all else fails, I suppose a volunteer can open a ticket for you if you ask nicely!
  8. Angelo's post in XAT No longer allowing users to post in chat was marked as the answer
    Hey,

Did you try embedding your chat onto your own private website? I've seen a few users have this issue, where they were unable to type become of embedding issues.

If you did, go back to your chat, and make sure that you copied the embed code from the bottom left hand corner of chat exactly as it appeared.

Also make sure that your chat is not in Live Mode, and do not have Members only enabled.
  9. Angelo's post in Forum or what? was marked as the answer
Looks like you've already been warned not to make another issue.

Banning users has been a feature on xat for years and years prior -- and isn't going away any time soon, despite how much a user has spent on xat, or if they're unregistered.

    Understand?
  10. Angelo's post in Ban is a power, or not, is power?! was marked as the answer
    Hey,

Chatrooms are free for all users, even those who choose not to register. The ability to ban is left open to the main creator of a chat, and the owners/moderators that he or she may pick. This ability does not require subscriber days or any power. Since these users can rightfully and freely own a chat, they're also allowed to ban any user that they please, in their own chatroom.

It does not matter if the user has allpowers or everypower.

This same rule applies to normal kicking, making guests, members, moderator and owners. Any other additional chat management is usually handled with the (gcontrol) power.
  11. Angelo's post in Possible assistance needed from a volunteer? was marked as the answer
Issue is being worked on externally.
A forum thread is no longer needed for this issue.

May a moderator or volunteer please lock this thread?
